If I get a printer,how can I install and operate?

1).Every machine from our KONGKIM we have a CD with installation video and training manual book inside,which is easy for you to learn.
2).We have professional engineer to support you online 24hours by What’sApp&WeChat&QQ&Skype;
3).Our professional engineer can speak English well,we also can support you with overseas installation and training.

What’s your warranty policy?

We provide 13months warranty from the machine you order,we will replace parts if broken during this period,our company will give your technician support for free.Especially,you can get the lifelong warranty for printer with continuously inks order.

How you will deliver the goods and what is the deliver time?

1).Normally our deliver time is within 3-7 working days after receiving your payment;
2).We can use DHL,FedEx,UPS,TNT,EMS to deliver the goods by air,or use our professional & Experienced shipping agent to deliver by sea shipping,will help you save cost and time.
